Internship position: Sales Manager
August – October 2022

During my time at Ytranslations, I was responsible for doing direct sales on the German market specifically. As a sales manager, I did both the prospecting for new clients as well as maintaining the relationships with current German clients.

I had a great experience at YTranslations. The people are very friendly and I immediately felt right at home during the internship. You get a lot of responsibilities, but at the same time the atmosphere in the office is always very relaxed.

Overall, I would say that being an intern at YTranslations gave me a lot of valuable experience and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who wants to join a young, dynamic, open-minded and engaging company.

During the internship, Christopher completed the following activities:

  • Improved our sales strategy for the German market
  • Implement, evaluate and adjust strategies based on how the market responds
  • Prospecting for potential new clients on the German market.
  • Re-activating inactive clients.
  • Translate and revise English into German content on our campaigns
  • Account Management on current clients
  • Increate current partnerships by understanding the needs of our clients
  • Negotiate and deliver translations projects for direct clients
