The moment has arrived!
We officially opened a brand new, shiny office in Romania! It has beautiful colours that we carefully selected from the image of our brand. It has painted logo on our white walls, to remind us why are we here.
It has nice and polite people that make a great atmosphere and put the place together.
We try to put the “Y” into YTranslations. Even with our employees.
That means building communities, as one of our core values.
One of the most important characteristic of the Generation Y or Millennials is that they want to be part of something meaningful. They feel the need to contribute to the process, from the start of the project.
We assembled the furniture. We painted together. We made this place as it is ours.
We try to get to the office at 08.00. We strive. There will always be the late ones J
We are having a cup of black tea. We put together the plan of the day. And we start the journey.
We love language. It’s fantastic to hear German, Russian, English and Romanian in the same time. I am happy to be part of this movement.
I think I should start learning a new language…this is definitely a sign.
