Holidays are over. Work mood is on. For some of us, it’s actually a good way to get away from too much delicious food, spending time with our family and enjoy reading a good book.
Who are we kidding? Everyone loves the winter break.
However, we quite enjoy our time at YTranslations and we are looking forward to seeing what 2017 will bring. The signs show us it will be a good year.
Having this said, we are starting strong.
For the ones that did not know, we are hiring a new Project Manager. Nonetheless, that’s fantastic news!
For example, in a normal day, here’s what you have to do:
Main responsibilities
Firstly, to develop an online interaction with clients, budget negotiations, cost estimation based on the project industry or languages.
Secondly, to develop online interaction with the linguists and allocate the project according to their specialisation, rates and availability
Thirdly, you would need to collaborate with the Head of Project Management, located in London, UK.
Most of the tasks are related to project management process such as setting up objectives, use available resources, implement plan and track your performance.
As you know, risk management is essential in project management. For example risk prevention, finding solutions for the upcoming problems.
Last but not least, you need to track your own progress. Your Head of Project Management will help you with that.
